Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in Dorsch's webshop. Private individuals and businesses can shop in Dorsch's webshop. All agreements are concluded in Danish. In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

Procedure for purchasing at dorshhome.dk

Items are selected for the shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button. Selected items can subsequently be removed from the shopping cart. The purchase is completed by clicking PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, accepting Dorsch's webshop terms and conditions and completing the payment.

After payment is completed, a page containing a receipt for the completed purchase will be displayed. A copy of this receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

Prices

Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT.

Payment

When you shop at Dorschhome.dk, it is possible to pay with the following:

  • Payment card: Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge card fees. The amount is debited when the item is shipped.
  • MobilePay: Smartphone with MobilePay installed and an account linked to a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Electron).

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

Responsibility

Dorshhome's webshop disclaims any responsibility for customers' incorrect orders and force majeure. We are only responsible as long as it follows from Danish law.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time from order to delivery is 1-3 business days.

Dorschhome.dk does not deliver packages within Denmark to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and bridge-attached islands. However, an agreement can be made for delivery. If such an agreement is desired, please contact customer service at info@dorschome.dk or by phone 53 56 65 53 before placing an order.

PostNord is responsible for the delivery of packages. You can choose between delivery with or without handover. With us, standard delivery is free for purchases of at least DKK 249. If the order is below, delivery costs from DKK 39 - 49. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped from our warehouse, with a link to Track&Trace at PostNord. Here you can see your package's Track&Trace number, and you can follow the package.

We have the right to claim the actual return costs if the package is not collected or if receipt of the package is refused. The return freight will be credited to the order.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. This means that you can cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you have received the goods.

The cancellation period runs from the time you receive the goods. If the last day of the cancellation period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the period expires on the next working day.

You are not obliged to provide the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal, but you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The purchase cannot be cancelled simply by failing to receive or redeem the shipment, unless we simultaneously receive notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation.

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after you have given notice of exercising the right of withdrawal. If you return the product by post, it is sufficient that the product is handed over to the postal service no later than 14 days after you have given notice of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Please note that the return shipping must be covered by the customer in case of cancellation. It is up to the customer which postal company is used when returning the item. However, it is important that the package can be tracked via a Track&Trace number.

We receive NOT packages sent without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. We will make such payment using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

The condition of the item when it is returned

Missing original packaging may possibly constitute a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in the original packaging. You may not stick labels or write directly on the manufacturer's sales packaging. This must be done on the shipping packaging. You are liable for the accidental loss of the item and any damage that may occur in connection with the return.

Please note that when purchasing goods in the webshop, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use. If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods. Any deterioration in the value of the goods will be deducted from the refund. The goods are packaged securely so that they cannot be damaged during transport.


No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Shipping damage

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as a customer as soon as possible via email: info@dorschhome.dk or telephone 53 56 65 53.

Checking of goods, including correct dimensions, color, model, etc. should be carried out as soon as possible after receipt and before installation.

Complaint

As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint – possibly limited by the best-before date – also applies to used goods and second-hand goods. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If your complaint is justified and the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior, this means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Upon receipt of the goods, we recommend that you quickly inspect them to ensure that they are in accordance with what was ordered. Any defects must be assessed in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sales Act.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have incurred in returning the item. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

It is important that you are careful to provide us with this information so that we can help you in the best possible way.

Privacy Policy

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary (name, address, telephone number and email address) to our partner PostNord in order to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Scandi Engros ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data controller at dorschhome.dk is Scandi Engros ApS.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service via info@dorschhome.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
